Annual Piano Tuition includes:
38 Piano Lessons: 32 during the school year and 6 flexible week options during summer
2 Make-up options during the school year as shown on the calendar
2-3 Recitals per year hosted by Portzline Music Academy
Extensive Lending Library to explore a variety of music
The Piano Marvel digital program is available for studio use. Private students are allowed independent time beyond their scheduled lesson for Piano Marvel. If a class or student will benefit from having Piano Marvel available to them for home use, this will be discussed.
Organ Training with church music emphasis for more advanced students
National Federation of Music Clubs: The Solo & Theory Festivals (in March) and the Concerto/Duet Festival (in November) are available in our area. These festivals consist os individual student evaluations, that include judges, scores, certificates and trophy awards. $15.00 per student per event.
Utah’s Achievement in Music program, also known as AIM, has recently undergone very positive revisions and my most serious students will be invited to participate in this each April. $25.00 per student.
Additional events may be recommended according to an individual student’s needs, wants, and ability.
There is a Family Discount offered when 3 or more students per family are enrolled. The discount is $10.00 off per month for the 3rd child, the 4th child, and so forth.
*Monthly payments are due by the 15th of each month. Payments received after this date will be charged a $10.00 late fee. These monthly installments are averaged based on the yearly tuition cost of 38 lessons from August—July.
Students who drop out of lessons (including summer) are not guaranteed a place back in the studio, but if open times are available, they are welcome to return.

| “Sing & Play the Piano” 60–minute group lessons are available for young beginners, ages 6-9, learning together in a class that includes singing, music games, movement, drums, and other instruments. An assistant teacher usually attends these lessons. 3-4 students. “Piano Progress” 60-minute group lessons are also available for mixed ages and levels. These lessons give students the advantage of more supervised practice time, giving them a “jump start” for more correct and efficient practicing at home.
